The Bissier Archive was set up by the artist's wife, Lisbeth Bissier, and then continued by the family in order to look after and protect the work of Julius Bissier. Consequently the Archive vigorously safeguards, researches and promotes the artist's work, and is dedicated to drafting the catalogue raisonné of all his works. It also actively collaborates with museums and scholars in staging exhibitions and in publishing works by Julius Bissier, providing the necessary materials and supervision to guarantee the maximum precision in the information published.
